If you want to apply for a Schengen visa but do not have the experience and time to prepare all of the needed documents, this Visa Bundle Service is just for you! Our bundle services allows you a hassle-free experience and has the best chance of making a successful visa application given the holistic approach provided for your application.
We will take care of all the heavy lifting for your visa application so the only things you will have to mind are your proof of rootedness and financial capability/support.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VISA BUNDLE?
- Thirty mins coaching call – this initial call is meant to understand your situation and find the best approach in preparing for your trip. We’ll also determine what necessary supporting documents and efforts are needed to increase the possibility of being granted your visa.
- Personalized Cover Letter – perhaps the most crucial part of your application documents – the cover letter is your first impression. It can make or break the possibility of further review of documents you have submitted. A well-written letter explains your purpose of traveling, your source of finances, and your planned whereabouts. It ultimately acts as a summary of your application.
- Sponsorship/Invitation Letter (any of the two) – In cases when the travel is not self funded, a sponsorship letter or an invitation is necessary to show that someone else can support you for your trip.
- Day-to-Day Travel Itinerary – another one of the security measures that visa application has is to show a plan of your visit (regardless if you’re going to stick to it or not) as it supports your purpose for the trip. This travel itinerary might sound simple but must consider a realistic course, distance, and travel time, thus making it another one of the time consuming tasks in visa application.
- Hotel Reservation under your name (optional) – we’ll also take care of booking the necessary hotels on your itinerary so you don’t have to spend time searching hotels that realistically fits your budget and course. You won’t even have to worry about the cancellation of these reservations as we’ll take care of that too!
- Flight Reservation (Roundtrip only) – getting an actual flight ticket and learning your visa application has been denied is the worst news you can have on your visa application journey (trust me, I know). This bundle would include a roundtrip ticket reservation for your visa application. Please note though that this is just a reservation and not an actual ticket. Additional destinations will also be an added cost. Please see notes at the bottom for additional details.
- Request an Appointment at the Visa Application Center where you will be submitting all your documents.
- Fill in your Visa Application Form – accuracy is crucial, we’ll make sure that everything is crystal!
- Checking and finalizing your documents – this final leg is just me being OCD (in a healthy way!) We’ll prepare your documents accordingly and make sure everything is ready to go so you just have to submit it to the embassy you are applying for. 😉
- One hour visa coaching call – once all your documents have been finalized, we’ll have an hour to talk about everything and give you pointers to prepare you for your visa application interview. It would also be a time for you to raise any concerns or questions regarding your application.

Please note that our packages do not include the following:
- Travel/Health Insurance, if you want to add it to your package, please contact us to give you a quote as this depends on the length of your travel.
- VISA FEE. You would need to pay the Visa Fee of 80 euros, directly at the Embassy or the Visa Application Center during your visa application.
- Additional flight destinations for your trip as the bundle only covers the roundtrip ticket for your trip.
- Additional hours for the coaching may be added for an additional charge. We all only have 24 hours a day! 😉
- Our kiddie visa bundle is only applicable for kids traveling with an adult.
Additional notes or applicants abroad:
- Delivery timeframe is applicable only is all documents needed are on hand.
- Visa Appointment Scheduling is not applicable as we can only register for applicants located in the Philippines.
Additional note for visa applicants for Italy, Greece, and Portugal:
- Visa Appointment Scheduling for these countries are currently not available given the restrictions/challenges in securing an appointment.

1. Was it worth it to pay for the bundles being offered by JASTravel?
– Yes, first time traveler ako. Tapos may napagtanungan ako travel agency, sabi nila malapit daw sa impossible ang gusto ko mangyari. Pero JASTravel delivered good service and assured me na kaya naman basta puso-an.
2. 12 documents out of 48 documents lang ang na iprovide ng bundle ng JASTravel, worth it ba yung ₱19,000 para dun?
– Sa kanilang pinamalas na professionalism, WORTH IT!
– Documents are well prepared, para kang nag hire ng gramarian para sa thesis or research paper mo nung college kung mababasa niyo lang sana.
– And they have made me realize na hindi lang naman documents ang inavail ko, kundi yung kanilang service, meron silang parang CSR na sasagutin ka sa mga tanong mo. To think na ang tagal ko nagtatanong sa kanila tapos sagot lang sila ng sagot nang walang bayad. Tapos yung pag plan nila kung kelan mo kukuhanin yung ganto, ganyan, kung anong kulang, kung anong too much, kung ano lang dapat mo gawin, sasabihin nila sayo yun.
3. Bakit ko pinost ito?
– para makatulong sa website na ito
– para dun sa hindi kayang mag avail ng promo ng JAStravel, pero yung mga documents kung anong nilalaman eh hindi ko maiipost dahil may mga confidential information, tsaka sa JASTravel na kayo magpatulong kasi yun yung talagang sure ako hindi ko kayang sulatin in a span of a month. Siguro mga 3 months kaya kong tapusin ang isang invitation letter or cover letter 😅
– para makatulong sa JAStravel, at makita ng mga tao dito na worth it ang services nila.
